Our all natural beef is free of artificial pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, or other synthetic contaminants. Our mindful approach to raising cattle provides you with beef that’s delicious and healthful for both the planet and for your dinner table.

Our humanely-raised, pastured chickens forage freely in open fields and are moved frequently to fresh pasture. They’re both healthy and delicious, and raised according to the strictest production and humane treatment standards.

Molasses
Our sorghum is raised on fields that were not the best producer of feed crops. It turned out that sorghum likes red clay! We harvest the sorghum by hand and process it on site utilizing an old retrofitted mill. We cook our molasses utilizing an evaporator over a stone wood-fired oven so we can control the quality of the final product. This process takes a little longer, but it pays off with a higher quality molasses. Plus it gives us more time to socialize with visitors!
Fresh Hay
Our hay is pesticide free fescue that is harvested 2 or 3 times a year. We also offer a limited supply of mixed fescue, timothy, and orchard grass. All hay is 4x4 round baled, tied with sisal baling twine.
